摘要 目的 研究牛磺酸镁配合物 (TMC)的合成与对乌头碱诱发心律失常的拮抗作用。方法 以牛磺酸 (Tau)配体与镁离子配位结合 ,采用高 p H法合成牛磺酸镁。并经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振进行波谱鉴定 ,观察 TMC组与生理盐水 (NS)对照组及各给药组的抗心律失常作用。结果 波谱分析证明所得样品为螯合形式的配合物 ,收率为 76 .8% ,分子量 2 90 .0 4。灌胃 TMC(5 0 mg/ kg)能推迟乌头碱 (AC)诱发大鼠心律失常的出现时间 ,与 NS组比较 P<0 .0 1,与 Tau+Mg SO4 组、硫酸奎尼丁组比较 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 高 p H法合成 TMC,化学表征为配合物 。 Objective To investigate the synthesis and anti-arrhythmic effect induced by aconitine on taurine-magnesium coordination compound (TMC). Methods The title coordination compound (TMC) has been synthesized by the method of high pH-value and characterized by element analysis, IR, and NMR. The anti-arrhythmic effect of TMC were compared with quinidine and physiologic saline solution respectively. Results Spectroanalysis proved that taurine-magnesium is a chelate compound with production rate of 76.8% and molecular weight of 290.04. TMC(50mg·kg -1) given intravenously can delay the onset of arrhythmia and postpone the incidence of ventricular fibrillation induced by aconitine in mice, which compared with NS group,P<0.01, with Tau+MgSO4 group and quinidine group,P<0.05. Conclusion TMC, which was synthesized by high pH method, is a chelate compound that has significant anti-arrhythmic effect induced by aconitine.
