摘要
目的 探讨用改良式张力带克氏针内固定治疗各类型锁骨骨折及合并重型肩锁关节脱位的手术方法。方法 对 2 18例各类型锁骨骨折 ,其中包括 18例合并重型肩锁关节脱位的病人 ,采用改良式张力带加 1～ 2枚克氏针内固定手术治疗。结果 术后经 3～ 2 4个月 ,平均 10个月的随访 ,按优、良、可、差的疗效评定标准 ,结果共计优 2 0 2例 ,良 11例 ,可 5例 ,差 0 ,优良率达97.71%。结论 改良式张力带加 1～ 2枚克氏针内针固定的手术方法 ,适用于各类锁骨骨折及合并重型肩锁关节脱位的治疗 ,且手术操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,疗效确切 ,价格低廉 。
Objective To investigate the treatment of fractures of clavicle and complex acromioclavicular dislocations.Methods 218 patients with clavicular fractures or complex acromioclavicular dislocations were treated with improved tension band and 1～2 Kirschner wires interal fixation. Results They were followed up for 3 months to 2 years with the average of 10 months. Evalution showed 202 patients were excellent, 11 good, 5 fair and no poor results. The rate of excellence and goodness was 97.71%.Conclusion Technique of interal fixation with improved tension band and 1～2 Kirschner wires is feasible for all the patients with clavicular fractures and complx acromioclavicalar dislocations. This approach is simple, safe, effective and economic.
