摘要
目的 观察玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤的效果。方法 严重眼外伤采用闭合式玻璃体切除,联合视网膜脱离复位术、眼内异物摘出、视网膜切开、注入过氟化碳液体、眼内光凝、眼内注药、C_3F_8气体或硅油填充。结果 严重眼外伤178例182眼中116眼视力提高,占63.74％;57眼视力不变,占31.32％;9眼下降,占4.95％。术前无光感的19眼中,7眼恢复光感以上视力。摘出36眼玻璃体内或视网膜前异物及20眼后段眼球壁异物。有4眼视网膜下异物未施行摘取。61眼视网膜脱离,其中55眼视网膜复位,视网膜解剖复位率90.16％。结论 经过适时恰当的玻璃体手术,大多数严重眼外伤都能挽救眼球并恢复有用的视力。
Objective To observe the result of vitreous surgery for curing severe eye trauma. Methods In 178 cases(182 eyes)of severe eye trauma , closed vitrectomy combined with retina reattachment, foreign bodies extraction,retinotomy,fluo-carbon injection,intraocular laser photocoagu-lation, filling of C3F8 and silicon oil have been done. Results Vision improved in 116 eyes (63.74%), no change in 57 eyes(31.32% ), vision decreased in 9 eyes(4.95% ). In 19 eyes with no light perception before surgery,7 of them restored light perception.Foreign bodies in vir-teous and in front of retina were exlracted form 36 eyes. Foreign bodies were extracted from the rear shell in 20 eyes. Forgign bodies were not extract from under retina in 4 eyes. Retina detached in 61 eyes and reat-tached in 55 eye. Conclusion Through appropriate and in time vitreous surgery, most severe eye trauma could be coured. The eyes could be saved and effective vision could be restored.
