摘要
中药复方鸡痢灵对鸡大肠杆菌病有良好的防治作用 ,以 2 0 0 %的鸡痢灵水煎液对致热家兔腹腔注射 ,其体温升高低于对照组 1.2℃ ;对蛋清所致大白鼠足踝肿胀的抑制 ,给药组明显优于空白对照组 ,但较地塞米松组差 ;对扭体法和热板法所致的小鼠疼痛有明显的镇痛作用 (P<0 .0 1) ,说明该方有很好的解热、抗炎和镇痛作用。
The Chinese herb Jililing compound can prevent and cure the Escherichia coli of chicken effectively.In this test,Jililing decoction at the dosage of 200% is jected into the abdomen of the model domestic rabbit heated.After the injection,the risen temperature is 1.2 ℃ lower than the comparing team.As for the inhibition effect to the blank comparing team,yetinferior to the Dexamethasone team.The remarkable effect of easing pain causd by hot stimulation and chemical stimulation on the model mice shows that the Chinese herb Jililing compound has a great effect(P<0.01).also in antifever,antiinflammation,easing pain and hemostasia.The comgulation time of hemostasia tested in glass method is much shorter than the blank comparing team(P<0.01).
