摘要
本文研究表明N—(桂皮酰基)—α—甲基哌啶(N—MP)对大、小鼠电休克惊厥(MES)和戊四氮惊厥(Met)有明显的对抗作用。利血平预处理后,能明显提高N—MP抗小鼠MES的ED_(50)值。N—MP还能明显降低家兔ⅳ戊四氮引起的惊厥率并缩短异常脑电持续的时间。对硫酸亚铁所致家兔的慢性癫痫也有一定的保护作用。
For searching mew effective and low-toxicant antiepileptic agents, N-(cinnamoyl) α-methyl-piperidine (N-MP)has been studied. In doses less than TD_(50),it was found to be able to protect mice and rats from seizures produced by maximal electroshock. It also can prevent convulsion induced by metrazol in mice and rabbits. N-MPdoes not have significant effects on the convulsion and a mortality induced by picrotoxin, strychnine and nikethamide,but only prolong the latency. Pretreatment with reserpine in mice can elevate anticonvulsive ED_(50) of N-MP. The possile mechanism in anticonvulsion may be associatedwith monoamine transmitteers in the central nervous system.
