摘要
本文报道了43例类风湿性关节炎(RA)肺损害病例。肺部病变主要为弥漫性肺间质纤维化(100％),其次为胸膜病变(46.51％)。除少数重症外,大多数无相应的呼吸系统临床表现,肺损害与RA的病程长短、关节功能及性别无关,但与RA的病情轻重有一定的关系。
The Pulmonary changes of rheumatoid arthritis in 43 cases were reported in this artical. The primary chang of the lungs was the diffuse intensttial pulmonary fibr6sis (100％). The heat was the pleural diseases (46.15％). The prevalent clinical symptoms of respiratory system did not be found from the most of the cases, except a few serious ones. According to the analyse, the pulmonary injury of RA was concerned in neither the length of the course, nor the arthritical function and the sex of the patients. It was influenced by the serious of the patients.
