摘要
用定性滤纸吸附血清标本,保存于室温和4℃冰箱内,分别存放3天、半月、一月后对其用反向间接血凝法(RPHA)检测 HBsAg。结果表明在不同保存温度、不同保存时间的干血清滤纸片的检测结果与原血清检测结果基本一致(P>0.05),提示在流行病学调查中可采用滤纸吸附血清保存血清标本。
Serum samples absorbed by filter paper were preserved both room temperature and 4℃.Then those
samples were tested by HBsAg—RPHA respectively at the three days,fifteen days and one month.Results
showed that there were not significantly difference between the serum filter paper kept up in differental confi-
tion and matched serum.This suggested that serum filter paper could be usde to preserve serum samples at
room temperature during one month in epidemiological servey.
