枸杞种子重离子束辐照的早期效应 被引量:1

Early Biological Effects of Heavy Ions on Lycium barbarum L

摘要 实验研究了 C^(6+)离子辐照枸杞干种子的早期效应,结果表明,重离子束辐照对枸杞种子的发芽率、发芽势及幼苗的生长势均有明显的抑制作用,随着重离子束剂量的增加,抑制作用越显著.重离子束辐照导致细胞核畸变,辐照束的剂量和核畸变,染色体畸变程度呈正相关. Early effects of C_(6+)heavy ions with 46.6MeV/amu on Lycium barba rumL seeds are studied.Inhibition on germination of Lycium barbarum seedand growth of sprout i obvious.Inhibition incr eased with the dose,Chrom(?)omal abecration in cell by heavy ions is observed.There is apoaitive correlation between radiation dose and degree of chromosomalaberration.
