通过一维双势垒结构的透射系数和共振隧道条件

摘要 本文推导出了通过一维对称方型双势垒结构的透射系数、共振隧道条件及共振条件下势阱宽度与势垒高度关系的严格解析表达式;分析了电子有效质量对透射系数及共振能级的影响.所得结果对研究透射系数随能量的变化及对制造隧道器件具有重要意义. The strictly analytical expressions for the resonant tunneling condition,transmission coefficient and the relation between the well width and thebarrier potential height in resonance condition for one-dimensional double-barrier structures have been derived,and the effect of the mass differ-ence has been discussed.The obtained results are useful for evaluatingthe energy variations of transmission coefficient and the resonant tunnel-ing device fabrications.
