摘要
三粒小麦雄蕊发育过程与普通小麦大致相同,但存在多种异常现象:如减数分裂过程中单个或多数染色体游散于赤道板外,染色体桥和微核等,分裂结果可出现大小核、裸核及多分体等.雄配子体发育过程中,发现有巨大小孢子、同形的二核、三核花粉和多核花粉,还有分叉的二细胞花粉及三精子花粉.此外,还观察到细胞不同程度的退化,这种退化从造孢细胞时期开始,以后可以发展至整个药室解体.
The microsporogenesis and developmental process of male gametophytein trigrain wheat are similar to these of the common wheat.But someabnormal phenomena were observed.For example,the single chromosomeand the majority of chromosomes scattered outside the equatorial plate,chromosome bridges and micronuclei were found In meiosis.The maeronucleus,micronucleus,naked nucleus and polyad appeared in anaphase Ⅱ.Thereare large microspores,homogeneous 2 or 3-nuclei pollens,multinucleatepollens,forked2-celled pollens and 3-sperms pollens during the developmentof male gametophyte.Moreover,the cell's degeneration to differentextents were observed from the beginning of sporogenous cells to thedissociation of the whole anther locule.
