摘要 以杜梨作砧木,莱阳茌梨作接穗,采用“T”字形芽接法嫁接,单面刀片切片,S-505型电镜扫描的方法,对梨树嫁接愈合过程进行了解剖观察。嫁接后3~4天愈伤组织形成,4天以后,在愈伤组织中开始形成维管形成层。嫁接后4~20天,维管形成层开始分裂,向内形成新的木质部,向外形成新的韧皮部。砧木木质部和新形成的木质部周围的愈伤组织分化成新的输导组织,这样砧木和接穗就完全愈合成一个整体。 Take Pyrus betulaefolia as stock and Laiyang Chili as scion, and with the methods of 'T' type bud grafting, slicing with monorazor blade and scanning with 'S-505' type S.E.M., the anatomical structure of the process of pear-tree grafted healing was observed by the authors. The callus formed in 3~4 days after grafting, and four day later, the vascular cambiam formed in callus. About four to twenty days after grafting, the vascular cambium started division and formed new xylem and new phloem. The callus around the xylem of stock and the new formed xylem differentiated new conducting tissue, so the stock and scion healed a whole completely.
