摘要
本文回顾了北京市二、三环路建设发展历程及改造的经验 ,并结合新观念、新技术在四环路建设中的运用 ,从科学性、先进性、系统性方面论述四环路工程中的系统设计问题 ,并提出需要进一步研究的一些问题。
The Paper reviews the course of construction and development as well as the reformation experience of Second Ring Road and Third Ring Road in Beijing City. It also states the system design problem in Four Ring Road Project in aspects of science, advance and system with the combination of new idea and new technology used in Fourth Ring Road construction.
