Air—CT扫描对CPA区蛛网膜粘连的诊治作用

摘要 本文报道了我院采用 air-CT 扫描诊断 CPA 及 IAC 病变时,发现空气对 CPA 区蛛网膜粘连有分离治疗作用,通过对35例病人随访及临床验证认为:air-CT 扫描是诊断蛛网膜粘连最简便及可靠的方法。该检查不仅可明确有无粘连,粘连的程度、范围、还可了解该区神经血管的关系、同时对粘连起到一定的治疗作用。这是其它任何检查法所无法比拟的。 This article reports a better method and experience in diagnosis of CPA and IAC diseases by using air-CT scanning.Furthermore,we found the role of air in separating and treating CPA arachnoid adhension.By tracking 35 cases and clinical certification,we consider that air-CT scanning is a simple,reliable check-up way to diagnose arachnoid adhension.It could not only show the existence,range and extent of the adhension but also the relation of vessels and nerves at CPA and IAC,and had some curative effects.According to the result of air-CT scanning,the method of CPA air-filled treatment aided by medicine could obtain a long-term stable effect.The treatment might be repeated if necessary.
