叙述了地轮式长冲程抽油机的结构原理,论述了该机利用非圆形地轮降低峰值扭矩,改善载荷性能,达到节能的机理。该机传动系统位于地面,质量轻,便于维修管理,制造成本低,具有发展前景和市场竞争力。
Stucture and principle of wheelon earth long stroke pumping unit are introduced.The torque of the crest value is reduced by the unrounded wheel,so that the load facility is improved and energysaving results are achieved.Meannhile,the gearing system of the unit is located on earth.It's very convenient for maintenance and management.It had the advamtages of light weight and lowcost,so it is a competitive equipment with good future.
