摘要
综述了我国近年来对核桃叶、花、果实、枝条及木材的综合利用研究。并为今后综合开发核桃资源提出了以下对策:加快核桃加工利用专利技术成果的转让;进一步研究和分析核桃仁的营养和药用成分,为核桃保健食品的开发提供理论依据;加强核桃深加工品的研究工作,探索新工艺、新方法,为生产新的产品提供技术条件。
Studies on utilizations of leaf, flower, nut, branch and wood of walnut are reviewed countermeasures are proposed as follows speed up the step of transfering of walnut patent techniques in process and utilization; more studies and analysis on nourishment and medicine value should be made; studies on fine process such as new craftwork and new methods should be stengthened so as to offer better conditions to new products production.
