摘要
通过从蟋蟀中提取壳聚糖工艺的研究,提出了获得较高质量的壳聚糖的适宜工艺条件:①脱矿物质用1%HCl浸泡12h。②脱蛋白质及脂类用5%～15%NaOH,在90℃下处理4～6h。③脱乙酰基用40%NaOH在130℃下处理3h。
Through research on technique of abstraction high quality chitosan from field cricket (Gryllus testaceus), appropriate conditions of reaction were obtained: ①Removing mineral matter:1 %HCl soaking for 12 h. ②Removing protein:5 %～15 %NaOH solution ,90 ℃ keep 4～6 h.③ Deacetylation:40 % NaOH solution heated 3 h under 130℃.
