摘要 介绍了攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿粗细分选的小型试验及扩大连选试验情况,试验结果表明,在保证最终精矿品位和全铁回收率的前提下,采用粗细分选、粗粒抛尾的新工艺流程,可以大大提高球磨机的处理能力,为攀枝花密地选矿厂的工艺流程改造提供了一条可供选择的新途径。 The situation of a smallsized experiment and enlarged continuousprocessing experiment of classification process of the coarse and fine fraction of Panzhihua Vanadic Titanomagnetite was introduced.The result of the experiment showed that on the condition of the final concentrate grade and total iron recovery rate being guaranteed, the processing ability of the ball mill can be greatly increased when using a new process in which the coarse and fine fraction of mineore will be classified and the tailings will be discarded at the coarser condition,so it provided a new way that can be selected for the transformation of the technological process of the Midi Mine Processing Plant in Pan ZhiHua city.
