摘要
针对波状挡边带式输送机在使用中存在的输送带刚度不足、返 (漏 )料、跑偏等问题 ,提出了相应的改进措施 ,着重介绍两种切实可行的防跑偏装置和托带装置 ,并指出了在设计选型中应注意的一些问题。
In allusion to the problems such as insufficient rigidity of the belt, returning of handling material (leaking of the material) and belt misalignment etc. in the application of corrugated skirt belt conveyor, the corresponding improving measures are proposed. Two kinds of practical aligned devices on belt aligning units and belt supporting units are highlighted and some problems that shall be paid attention to in the design are proposed.
