摘要
对城市轨道车辆中使用的铝蜂窝地板进行了等效性研究,提出了对于在结构中只承受面载荷并主要承受弯曲作用的铝蜂窝地板,首先等效为相同结构尺寸的正交各向异性实体结构,然后根据假设得到各向同性等效板。计算分析表明等效前后结构的应力和位移分布相同,最大值相差在5%以内。
The passage describes the equivalent study of urban rail vehicles aluminum honeycomb floor,in sists that when the floor on ly bears surface load and mainly produces winding deformation,firstly,it can be equivalent to a same size entity of anisotropy.Then,according to the assume ,equivalent isotropy plate can be obtained,through cal-cula tion and analyse of the former and latter structure,stress and displacement difference of them are less than5%.
