地铁Duewag转向架裂纹分析及其改进 被引量:10

摘要 地铁Duewag转向架在我国运用多年来发现在其电机吊座和齿轮箱吊座上大量产生裂纹。大量的试验结果表明电机的振动加速度和齿轮箱吊杆力都大大超过了原设计标准,这是产生裂纹的根本原因。改进设计的途径是增加电机吊座和齿轮箱吊座的断面高度以增加其抗弯断面模数。西门子的SGPSF2100型转向架和国产SMB2型转向架都作了这方面的改进,电机吊座及齿轮箱吊座的承载能力有较大的提高。 After many years application,a great num ber of cracks come into being on the motor bracket and gear box bracket of metro bogie Duewag.A lot of test re sults dis play that vibration acceleration of motor and force of gear box bar exceed enormously the original normal,which is the radical reason.The way to make better design is in creas-ing height of section to in crease its bent modulus.The Siemens type SGP SF2100bogie and nation al type SMB2bogie are both taken according to this way.The load ca pacity of motor bracket and gear box bracket have great in creased.
