摘要
小崎齿瓢虫属Afidentula Kapur因上颚不具侧齿和锯齿状小齿而被Kapur(1955)认为有别于Afidenta Dieke。至目前为止,该属共有13种,其中印度马来区系有7种,其余6种见于新几内亚。最近,作者在云南永德县采到该属一新种,现记述如下,模式标本保存于西南林学院森保研究室。
The insect fauna is very rich and diversified in Yunnan, since the Province owns a great diversity of physical, geographic and climatic circumstances. Recently the authors collected a species of Afidentula from Yongde County, Yunnan. It is identified to be a new species. This paper provides a description of the species. The type specimen is kept in the Entomological Laboratory of the Southwestern Forestry College.Afidentula decimaculata Cao et Wang, sp. nov. (Figs. 1-6)Body shortly oval, distinctly convex, ground color of upperside yellowish brown, with 5 black spots on each elytrum. The spots arranged in the order of 2, 2, 1, separate from one another. Mandibles with three apical teeth, without lateral tooth or serration. Fifth segment of male truncate on hind margin, the sixth sub-convex. Abdominal line subcomplete, the outer margin reaching about 3/4 the hind margin of the first sternum.Claws bifurcate, with a triangular basal tooth.Male genitalia: The two lateral lines of median lobe approximately parallel, median lobe terminating dorsally in two sharp adjacent points. Parameres aboout as 3 / 4 long as median lobe. Sipho curved, semi-circular on basal half, sharp on inner margin terminally.Length: 3.5 mm; width 3.0 mm.Holotype: (No. 88012), Wumulong, Yongde, Yunnan, alt. 2300 m, 23-Ⅷ-1988, by Wang Hong.This new species is similar to Afidentula bisquadripunctata (Gyllenhal). It may be distinguished from the latter as there are 5 spots on each elytron, the sipho sharp on inner margin terminally, not of long hamulus shape, parameres shorter than the median lobe.
