摘要
心理咨询是解除心理问题的有效途径之一。扩招与入世后 ,高校心理咨询工作受到冲击和挑战。本文通过对新世纪所带来新课题的分析 ,探究应对措施与咨询模式 ,挖掘大学生心理健康发展的潜力 ,加速高校培养具有创新意识和实践能力的合格人才 ,实现心理咨询的可持续发展。
Psycho-consultation is one of the effective channels to relieve psycho-problems . With the enrollment size enlargement and China's WTO entry, psycho-consultations in universities are faced with new challenges. The challenges are described, countermeasures and consultation modes are expounded, for the purpose of developing students mental potentials, and enhancing the training of talents with high innovation consciousness and strong practical skills.
