摘要
高等农业院校教学实验农场普遍存在管理机制不活、管理人员素质不高和管理效益低下等问题 ,其应有的教学和科研服务职能也未得到充分发挥。确立教学实验农场的战略地位、赋予其创新的运行机制、配备强有力的领导班子、因地制宜地发挥其特色优势 ,是教学实验农场实现可持续发展的前提。
Experimental farms in agricultural universities are blemished with some common problems, such as inflexible management mechanism, poor quality managers, low level management benefit, so that justice is not done to their service function for teaching and research. Sustainable development can be realized through their strategic position definition, operation mechanism innovation, effective leadership, and regional characteristic preponderance initiation.
