摘要
当前 ,我国过多的农村剩余劳动力已经成为影响农民收入增加的障碍 ,在学术界和政府部门中引起了高度重视。本文首先利用南京农村剩余劳动力转移调查数据对南京农村剩余劳动力转移情况进行了简单描述 ;其次 ,针对现状分析了南京农村剩余劳动力转移所面临的困境 ;最后探讨了南京农村剩余劳动力转移的对策。
Rural labor force surplus has become a barrier to the peasant income increase and brought to the government officials and academians' attention. Surplus labor force shifting in rural Nanjing is described with the data of a survey, difficulties in the shifting are discussed and countermeasures are offered.
