摘要
以第五次人口普查数据为基础,系统分析长株潭三市人口发展状况,定量测算三市人口对资源、环境、经济的压力系数。研究结果表明,人口基数大,劳动年龄人口比重高,人口老龄化的速度加快,城镇贫困人口比重高,人口城市化水平低及人口对生态与经济的压力大是制约长株潭可持续发展的主要因素。针对这些问题,提出了实现长株潭可持续发展的人口对策。
Based on the 5th population census, this paper systematically analyses the population development situation in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. The pressure on resource, environment and economy has been quantitatively measured. The research results make clear that large and ageing population and high proportion of labor force, large urban poor people, low urbanization level and the high ecological and economic pressure are the important factors which restrict the sustainable development in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Aiming at above problems, The paper puts forward the population countermeasures for realizing sustainable development in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.
