摘要
当今 ,伴随着科技的巨大进步 ,科技行为带来的负面效果也在不断加大。其根源在于人类误用、滥用甚至恶用科技成果。为了最大限度地避免和消除科技负面效应 ,必须加强伦理道德对科技行为的约束 ,从道德规范、价值观念、伦理责任等多方面保证科技行为的健康实施 。
Nowadays, with the tremendous progress of science and technology, its negative effects are continuously deteriorating. The reason lies in the fact that mankind misuse, abuse and even use science achievements for the evil purpose. In order to avoid and lessen negative effects of science and technology,great efforts should be strengthened to impose ethnic restriction on science and technology, to ensure the control of moral norms, concept of value and ethics over it, and to realize sustainable development of society.
