摘要
随着市场取向经济改革的深入、技术进步以及经济全球化发展的影响 ,我国劳动力就业结构发生了巨大变化。表现为城乡间就业结构变动、城市内部跨地区、跨行业、跨部门的结构变动以及跨国结构变动。它是中国现代化进程中必然出现的结果 ,同时反映了产业结构的演进 。
In the progress of the market-oriented economic reform,influenced by the technology innovation and the economic globalization,the employment structure of labor force have been changed greatly These Changes happened between urban and rural areas ,eastern and western areas as well as the different industries and sections They are the destined result of Chinas modernization,and They reflects the improvement of industrial structure adjustment and indicate the trend and rule that these changes should be consistent with the development of open economy
