摘要
We reported a case of a pseudophakic patient who devolopes a cistoyd macular edema(CME) in both eyes during the treatment with latanoprost Only the left eye (LE) decrese visual acuity although both shows leakage in the fluorescein angiogram. The LE had a laser capsulotomy but in the right eye the posterior capsule was intac. Although the course was favorable, in eyes that are at risk for CME, latanoprost use must be given serious consideration.
