大倾角“大采高”煤层高挡面端面冒顶原因探讨

摘要 本文对徐州局张集矿9602工作面经常经生的端面冒顶原因进行了探讨,指出,支柱初撑力不足是造成单体支柱工作面冒顶事故的主要原因。在此基础上,建立了端面冒顶原因的力学模型,并提出了具体的改进措施。 Having analysed the cause of face end caving,particularly referred to the case of Face 9602 of Zhangji mine in Xuzhou mining district, the paper concluded that one of the maincauses of face end caving is the deficiency ofsetting load. Based on this conclusion, a me-chanical model for face end caving was estab-lished and mechanical analyses were carriedout. Then the paper indicates that in order toprevent the face end from caving the followingmeasures should be taken: 1) enhancing the setting load of support; 2) supporting the widely spanned rooftimely; 3) controlling the subsidence of roof toprevent the support legs from sinking into thefloor; 4) strictly controlling the extractingheight; 5) adopting the oblique face layout asmuch as possible.
