摘要
对整个全球伦理思想运动的评价离不开对金规则的评价。作者简要总结了迄今为止中国学术界对金规则的研究状况,试图从信仰的维度理解金规则。作者指出金规则由来已久,在各种宗教和伦理传统中具有普遍性,但在现实生活中,金规则在具体情景中发生“疲软”,其原因在于金规则的倡导者不能把金规则的适用范围最大化和适用范围内的人们不能将金规则信仰化或信念化。在指出了信仰或信念的目的性、理想性、优位性之后,作者力图洗去全球伦理的乌托邦色彩,还其道德信仰的本来面目。
The evaluation on the whole thinking movement of the Global Ethic could not be raised with-out reviewing on the golden rule.The writer sums up briefly the state of re searches to the golden rule in Chinese academic circle up to presen t,attempting to understand it in a di mension of faith.He points out that the golden rule is discovered an d expressed in many religions and eth ical traditions.In reality,howev-er,there are phenomena that are call ed'fatigue of the golden rule in particu lar condition'.Two reasons are proposed:one is the advocators do not maximize the scope of its applicati on;the other is the followers do not treat it as faith or belief.After pointing out the relevant characters of faith,which are purposive,ideal and superior,the witer attempts to g et away the utopia color of the Global Ethic,giving back the real face as moral faith.
