摘要
分析了矿用挖掘机失效斗齿残体形貌,比较了国内外斗齿几何结构变化特点,提出了减少斗齿挖掘阻力,增加有效工作材料体积的优化结构设计。
This paper analyzes the residual bodies' appearances of bucket teeth failed, compares the teeth home-made to foreign-made in respect to geometric characteristics and finally puts forward an optimal geometric design for lower digging resistance and larger effective material volume.
