摘要
对当代中国地方政府管理模式创新的动力、条件与方式进行了探讨 ,指出地方政府管理模式创新动力来自内外两方面 ,成功的地方政府管理模式创新必须具备主体、组织、文化 3个方面的条件 。
Probes into the initiatives, conditions and methods of innovation in the local government administrative mode of China.The innovation in the local govemment administrative mode comes from the internal initiative and the external one. The successful innovation should have three conditions: body condition, organizational condition and cultural condition. The most effective method of innovation is to combine the gradual method and the rapid method properly.
