摘要
在分析中国证券市场发展现状的基础上 ,提出了中国证券市场设立三板市场的必要性以及三板市场设立过程中应遵循的基本原则 ;同时 ,对中国三板市场的功能定位进行了剖析 ,对其运行模式进行了研究 。
Analyes the present condition of the security market in China and points out that it is necessary to establish OTCBB.It also discusses principles in developing OTCBB(Over the Counter Bulletin Board) and analyzes the OTCBB's functions. Finally some major problems in developing OTCBB are presented to attract attention.
