Zhu believes that international cooperation on anti_terrorism continued to develop in 2002.The coordination of big powers has become the main pillar for the stability and development of international relations.Some uncertainties in 2003,such as the war on Iraq,conflicts between Israel and Palestine,crisis between India and Pakistan and nuclear program issue on Korean Peninsula,will cast a shadow over the worlds already cripled economy and regional security structure which is still in a transformational process.
