摘要
警察执法能力是从事警察职业的人所应具备的带有职业特点的依法办事的能力。提高警察执法能力是依法治国和时代发展的必然要求 ,是由公安工作性质所决定的。当前警察执法能力存在诸多不足。提高警察执法能力必须要充分挖掘警察的潜能 ,完善警察的教育培训制度 ,建立健全科学、完善的公安法规体系。
Ability of police to enforce laws refers to the ability repuired by a career policeman, to work with professional characters and in accordance with law. It's an inexorable reguirement of the policy of ruling by law and the development of the times to promote the ability of police officers in enforcing laws. It's also the demand of the nature of public security profession. At present there exist certain deficiencies in this respect.So in order to enhance the ability of police officers we must exploit fully their potential, improve educational and training system and establish and perfcet scientific and sound public security law system.
