摘要
低硫氰酸盐离子是唾液中的抗菌因子之一,本研究对100余例正常成人全唾液中低硫氰酸盐含量进行了测定。结果显示非刺激性全唾液中低硫氰酸盐离子浓度显著高于刺激性全唾液者,而且测定结果无性别差异。
One of the innate antimicrobial factors in human saliva—the hypothiocyanite ion (OSCN-), is the major product of the salivary peroxidase system The OSCN^- was measured in unstimulated whole saliva (UWS) and stimulated whole saliva (SWS)collected from 105 cases of normal adults. The results show that the OSCN^- concentration was 33.74 μM in UWS and 14.17μM in SWS.The OSCN^- concentration in UWS was significantly greater than in SWS. It is suggeeted that the antimicrobial function of the salivary peroxidase system may be more effective in UWS than in SWS. The results also show that both in UWS and in SWS, gender had no significant effect on the hypothiocyanite level.
