瓷砖釉面TiO_2薄层材料制备及其光催化降解研究 被引量:6

摘要 运用溶胶-凝胶法,在瓷砖釉面上制备了TiO2薄层材料,获得了热处理的最佳工艺参数,如升温速度、干燥时间、保温时间、焙烧温度、镀膜层数等工艺参数。利用X射线衍射仪、能谱分析和电子扫描电镜对瓷砖釉面表面的二氧化钛晶型、形貌、颗粒大小进行了测试。研究了该薄层材料对甲基橙光催化降解的粉末对比试验以及动力学试验和太阳光光催化降解实验。结果表明瓷砖釉面TiO2薄层材料对甲基橙具有良好光催化活性。 With the use of solgel methods,a new type of film material is prepared by dipping it between TiO2 and ceramic substrates. The best prepartion parameters in process of heat treatment have been obtained, such as rising temperature speed, drying time, temperature retention time, calcination temperature, coating number, etc. Xray diffraction, energy spectral analysis and electronic microscope have been used to test the crystalline type,shape and grain size of the TiO2 powder. The contrasting degradation test, dynamical test, illumination way test and the sunlight catalysis to methyl orange have been studied. The result indicates that the thin TiO2film material on the surface of ceramic has good catalytic activity to the methyl orange.
