摘要
创新既是竞技体操的生命,又是我国竞技体操在国际赛场上制胜的法宝。以竞技体操教练员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访问调查法和问卷调查法,在对现代竞技体操训练特征进行全面分析的基础上,揭示了竞技体操创新型教练员的知识和能力结构,并对其培养途径进行探讨。
Innovation is the life of gymnastics and law of winning. Taking the gymnastics coaches as the subject of study,this paper mainly studies the ability,knowledge structure,and developing ways of them on the basis of comprehensive analysis of features of modern gymnastics training and by study of document,investigation and questionnaires.
