摘要
为开创高校管理工作的新局面,建立与社会主义经济体制相适应的高校体育工作管理体系,充分利用现有条件,使有限的经费、师资力量及有限的设备发挥其最佳效用。科学化、人文化的高校体育管理方法,即要满足以下4个条件:提高高校体育管理科学化;改革体育课程,为学生健身服务;加强师德建设和学风建设;适应社会主义市场经济的发展。
To open a new situation of college sports management which can conform to the socialist economic system,to produce the best results with the limited condition,fund,teachers contingent and facilities,there should be scientific and peopleoriented college sports management. Therefore,the sports courses should be reformed in order to serve for the students bodybuilding. Meanwhile,the construction of teachers morality and academic atmosphere should be strengthened.
