摘要
对高校高水平运动队运动训练的组织管理措施、组织保障、目标管理和系统控制进行了阐述,论述了组织机构的控制职能,为健全和完善我国高校高水平运动队的组织管理,提高高校高水平运动队的社会化程度,促进高校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。
This article mainly studies the measures of management,organization ensure,target management and system control of high level sports teams in institutes and universities. It also analyzes the control of the organizational institutions. The purposes are to perfect the management of the teams,push the socialization of the teams and provide references for the development of college competitive sports.
