摘要
研究了氧对Nd-Fe-B永磁合金的组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,在含氧量很低的Nd-Fe-B永磁合金中引入适量的氧,在晶界上形成一薄层氧化物,可防止磁体烧结时晶粒聚集长大,得到细小、均匀的晶粒,明显地提高合金的矫顽力,剩余磁感应强度稍有降低,最大磁能积略有提高。但是,防止合金烧结时晶粒聚集长大,获得理想的组织和磁性能的根本措施是采用铸带工艺。
In this paper, the effects of oxygen on the st ructure and property of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloy was researched It was shown that the thin oxide is formed on the grain boundaries if just the right amount oxygen was introduced with a very low oxygen content, preventing the grains to gather in the sinter, obtaining small and homogeneous grains It raises markedly the coercive force of the magnets with a few increase of the maximum magnetic energy product, but reducing slightly the residual induction intensity
