摘要
描述了草鱼和鲢仔鱼耳石原基和中心核的形态特征,并测定了其大小.草鱼仔鱼矢耳石和微耳石原基的直径分别为8.60~11.34μm和8.03~9.95μm,鲢仔鱼矢耳石和微耳石原基的直径分别为9.48~10.36μm和8.54~9.75μm,草鱼仔鱼矢耳石和微耳石中心核的直径分别为18.53~21.90μm和17.03~20.03μm,鲢仔鱼矢耳石和微耳石中心核的直径分别为18.53~21.02μm和17.34~19.36μm.两种仔鱼的人工繁殖饲养种群的耳石中心核直径均显著小于野生种群,可用于种群鉴别.
The shape of otolith primordia of larval grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) and silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) were described, and the size of them was measured. The primordius diameters of sagittae and lapilli were 8.60~11.34μm and 8.03~9.95μm in grass carp, and were 9.48~10.36μm and 8.54~9.75μm in silver carp, respectively. The nucleus diameters of sagittae and lapilli were 18.53~21.90μm and 17.03~20.03μm in grass carp, and were 18.53~21.02μm and 17.34~19.36μm in silver carp, respectively. Otolith nucleus diameters of artificially propagated larvae were significantly smaller than those of wild stocks, and provided a basis for stock identification in the two fishes.
