摘要
选取上海为背景,利用"上海用于评价创新工作的专利指标数据库"对上海的高技术产业现状及趋势作了分析。
Patent data is an important index to scientific research and technology innovation.Patent index can be very helpful to policy-makers in science and technology administration.This paper takes advantage of the developed Shanghai Patent Statistics Database (SPSD) to analyze the current status and in-future trend of Shanghai's hi-tech industries. Finally, it draws some conclusions.
