试论中国加入WTO后利用外资的新战略

摘要加入WTO后,中国需要遵守由WTO相关协议构成的国际投资方面的国际规则。在遵循WTO基本原则的前提下,利用外资的战略要适合我国国情和当前的经济发展状况。在分析我国加入WTO后利用外资的新格局的基础上,试对我国引进外资的战略调整展开论述。 Ater joining the WTO,China need to obey the international rule of the international investment that be constituted by WTO relasted agreement.Under following the WTO basic principle,the new strategy of making use of the foreign capital must be in accord with Chinese condition.New character of making use of foreign capital is revealed and some suggestions are given to adjust the strategy in this article.
