摘要
通过对中国现代工程技术专家的认定标准、年龄构成、学成年龄、学位结构、出生地域、留学状况以及工作单位的定量统计,得到了关于中国现代工程技术专家群体状况的量化分析结论,对我国工程技术的发展决策,以及工程技术专家的人才政策都具有一定的参考价值。
This paper studied following issues about the engineers and technical experts in modern China:who can be called as engineer or technical expert,their age structure,age of graduation,educational degree,distribution of birthplace,study abroad state and affiliation structure.Some conclusions were made from analyzing above.The conclusions will helpful for us to evaluate the development of Chinese science and technology and to make some reference for further scientific policy-making.
