摘要
应用动态有限元的方法,研究了在冲击载荷作用下,标准齿轮齿根部不同曲率的过渡曲线对齿根最大动应力的影响.给出了随过渡圆角变化而变化的齿根最大应力图,由此可确定齿轮齿根部最佳过渡圆角,为齿轮设计提供了参考依据.
In this paper,DFEM was used to investigate into the effect of fillet on the dynamic dedendum stress under impact load.The chart of the variation of maximum dedendum stres with different fillet was given.Thus the optimum fillet of the root of tooth can be specified.
