摘要
通过对我国黄河上游地区水资源利用现状和存在问题的分析研究,提出了相关的对策和建议,以促进该地区水资源利用的可持续发展。
Through the analysis of current situation and problems existed about the harness of water resources in the upstream area of the Huanghe River, some measures and suggestions are put forward to accelerate the sustainable development about the harness of water resources in this area.
