摘要
采用国产果胶酶研究在棉织物前处理应用中的工艺。分析了 pH值、浓度、时间、温度、水质和搅拌等条件对酶精练效果的影响。通过正交试验得出 ,生物酶处理棉针织物的最佳工艺为 :浓度 8g/L ,温度 40℃ ,时间 12h ,pH值 4~5 ,毛效达到 12 .1cm /30min。结果表明 ,经生物酶精练后的织物手感、强力、固色率、色牢度等均较传统工艺好 ,其白度、上染百分率也与传统工艺相当。
The parameters affecting the enzyme scouring of cotton are studied including pH Value,enzyme concentration,time,temperature,water quality and stirring.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimized scouring process is at 400℃,pH 4~5,time 12h with 8g/L enzyme,thus,the treated fabric has the capillary effect of 12.1 cm/30min.After the scouring process,the fabric hand,strength,fixation yield and color fastness are better than those of traditional process,the whiteness and dye up-take are equivalent to those of old one.
