分析了莱钢高炉喷煤特点 ,通过采取改善原燃料条件 ,加强高炉操作 ,提高风温等措施 ,莱钢 75 0 m3高炉煤比达到了 180 kg/ t,高炉利用系数达 2 .7。
A series of measures, such as improving raw material quality, enhancing blast temperature, improving BFs operation, were taken based on analyzing the characteristics of PCI into BF on Laiwu Steel's 750 m 3 BF. The PCI rate of 180 kg/t was achieved, the highest monthly average productivity reached 2 7 t/(m 3·d)
