摘要
美国著名经济学家普拉哈拉德等人通过研究日本优秀企业强大竞争力来源而提出的“核心竞争力”理论,在发达国家经济学界和企业界曾引起巨大的震动,近年来在我国也掀起了研究热潮。但最近美国新经济的发展和日本企业的衰落表明该理论并非普遍适用,对其需要再认识。
The theory of 'Core Competence' advanced by the famous American economist C·K·Prahalad and others had great influence on the economics and business circles in developed countries. In the past few years in our country a lot of researchers have also been engaged in the research. But recently, the development of the 'New Economy' in America and the decline of the Japanese business has indicated that the theory should be studied again.
